What are 3 tips you would give parents of teenagers?
I think I would give the advice that parents should give teens space. A lot of teens feel that they have stricked over baring parents, and they rebel because of it. I also think that parents should have rules, even though they shouldn't be extreme rules. Having some rules allows a teen to feel guarded, but also like they have their freedom. Lastly, I would tell parents of teens that they should listen to what they are saying themselves. It doesn't work very well if you tell your teenager to be home at a certain time, and you're not home at that time. Or if you say no cursing, don't curse yourself, its sending mixed messages.
How old do you think someone should be to date? Wear a thong? Fall in love?
I think it all depends on the maturity level of a kid, whether they should date or not. When a teenager wants to start dating, parents can't really stop them. Just like in the movie Dad said no, but that didn't stop his daughter from going and seeing that boy. As far as the thong, I would say if a teen has the money to pay for whatever clothes they want, let them. If they don't have a job to pay for such items, then they shouldn't wear them. Falling in love is different than the other two though. I think you can fall in love at any age. You could be 5 and fall in love with the first boy/girl you meet, or it could be when you're 80 years old.
Can you know in 3 days if you love someone?
I think it's a possiblity to know if you love someone in 3 days. It's like asking if you believe in love at first sight. You can definitely fall in love with someone's appearance immediately, but I think to actually know if you love that person for them, it takes a while. There might be some rare cases that someone actually does fall in love in 3 days, but I'm not entirely convinced.
Where was your best hiding spot as a kid playing Hide and seek?
When I was little I loved to play hide and seek. Usually I would hide in this closet at my house. It was a closet for blankets and towels, in the bathroom at my house. It was so easy to crawl into it and no one would ever find me. It was also a place I could go, if I just wanted to be alone. I could easily hide in it and not be found for hours.

Screens
My favorite movie is Easy A. Its my favorite movie because I like its originality. A typical high school girl says one thing to her best friend and it's blown way out of proportion. Easy A is just like most movies these days, it ends with her finding her supposed true love.
I don't really care for educational movies. They really tend to bore me. If they don't have a specific action in them, they are boring. I don't like learning about animals habits or random things that are considered educational movies. I do think the animals in those movies are adorable, though. Movies that try to teach you a lesson you already know, are also not ones for me. I get bored in those movies and why would I pay money for a movie I don't want to see?
I like to watch movies as much as I can. I watch them with my friends in my basement or I like to go to the movies a lot. It's easier to concentrate when I'm with friends.

She may have been lying when she said friends
She threw my friendship away
Like yesterday's trash
We're not friends,
Never will be again
She went from being the best friend
To the worst
Friends may come and go,
But it's the best friends that hurt to lose
Best friends know how to betray you
In just the right way
That's why we're ex best friends

Music
1. How has your taste in music changed over the years?
Over the years my music taste has varied. When I was little my parents would only let me listen to country music. I think it got too old for me, and I started to hate it so I started listening to rock music and pop music. I would listen to faster tempos in songs, because it was music that I liked. Now I'm getting more into country, again, and some rap.

2. Do your friends listen to the same styles of music as you? What do you think this means?
My friends and I love the same kinds of music. I think if we don't really listen to the same types, we convince the other ones that it's good. Like I didn't really listen to any rap at all until I met Steven and Ashely. My music tastes are directly influenced by my friends, because if they don't really like a certain type of music, why would I listen to it? I'm not saying that just because they hate it, I do, but it's less likely that I will, because I won't get to listen to it when I'm with them.
3. Without music, the world would be....
I think the world would be such a sad place without music. Music can be the reason some people are happy or the reason some people get over their sadness. I think a lot of people would be grumpy and not want to do half of the stuff they do now. I know that a lot would change, like what would criminals steal out of cars now? They wouldn't be able to steal radio's because they would all be gone.
4. Without music, my life would be....
Without music, my life would be sad. I listen to music to get out my feelings, and without it I think I would have a lot of built up anger and tears. When I'm with my friends, we turn the music up and try to rock out in our cars, without music, what would we do? Music is such a big part of my life, as well as my friends, so I don't think I could go without music.
5. One event I connect to music, is the time when.....
I connect the time Steven got out of my car and danced to music. Ashley, Steven and I were all hanging out and driving around. We pulled up next to a car at a light and we were jamming out, when Steven just got out of the car and started dancing. They car next to us was filled with young people, laughing at Steven for dancing. Finally, right before the light turned green Steven hopped back into the car and we took off, never to see those people again!
Photo Poem
I see two guys that know how to have fun
that get into trouble sometimes
but always know what they've done wrong.
To the left is Logan
A boy kicked out of his house
and his school
He's the true "bad boy" of this group
To the right is Steven
He is so misunderstood
When you get to know him, he's a cool kid
He can be a real good friend
Its the weekend
A car meant for 5 is stuffed with 7
and the fun is just beginning
In the future, there is a sleepover
where all of them will stay up late
and say things they won't mean in the morning
But for right now, all they see
is the present and the fun they are having
they don't know what's up ahead, but I do
the people that were once friends
forget why and fall apart.
Until that one day that they decide
the past is the past
and we might as well make the present last!

Famous Lines from Famous Books
Famous First Line: "This is the saddest story I have ever heard."
This line is the first line in the book The Good Soldier. It was written by a man named Ford Madox Ford, who lived from 1873 to 1939. His book, The Good Soldier, was published in 1999. He has also wrote books such as, The Shifting of the Fire and An English Girl. The Good Soldier is kind of like a diary of sorts. A man shifts between the past and present day in the book, of which he focuses on two couples. The book is broken up into four parts, all of which are from a man named John Dowell's point of view. This book is about a love affair and tragedy, it really is the saddest story anyone has ever heard!
Famous Last Line: "P.S. Sorry I forgot to give you the mayonnaise."
This is the closer for the book Trout Fishing in America, The Pill verses the Springhill Mine Disaster and in Watermelon Sugar. The book was written by a man named Richard Brautigan, who lived from 1935 to 1984. The book was published in 1967. Brautigan also wrote, An Unfortunate Woman: A Journey and The Abortion: A Historical Romance. Trout Fishing in America protrays a world of victims.
